Issue:

SAGE uses the computer name from NetBIOS to manage user log-ins.  The terminal server always returns its name instead of the client computer's name.

Solution:

Setup an individual ID for each user.  If the user logs in with a unique ID, SAGE will use this information instead of the computer name.
