Issue:

This article describes how to login to SAGE Mobile.   SAGE Mobile is available as an App for both iOS and Android devices.  For other web-enabled devices, go to http://sageweb.com using your web browser on your mobile device.

Solution:

iOS Devices

1.  Launch the App Store on your device.

2.  Search for SAGE Mobile.

3.  Tap SAGE Mobile in the results.

4.  Tap Install, enter your Apple ID Password when prompted, and tap OK.

4.  After installation is complete, login using your SAGE login ID and password.


Android Devices

1.  Launch your app store (Google Play for most Android Devices, or the Amazon Appstore for Kindles).

2.  Search for SAGE Mobile.

3.  Tap SAGE Mobile in the results, and choose Install.

4.  Choose Accept & Download

5.  After installation is complete, login using your SAGE login ID and password.


All other web-enabled devices:

1.  Start the web browser on your device (e.g., Safari, Opera, Internet Explorer, etc.)

2.  Go to http://sageweb.com

3.  Login using your SAGE login ID and password.

More Information:

SAGE Mobile uses the same login ID and password as you use to access other SAGE services.  To configure the login IDs and passwords for each user within your organization, see How To: Setup Login IDs for SAGE Services.  Access to SAGE Mobile can be controlled on a user-by-user basis through the access settings for each user.
