How to Setup Your SAGE Email Account on iOS Devices

If you want to check your SAGE email account on an iPhone or iPad follow these instructions.

Solution:

1.  Open your web browser and go to http://www.sagemember.com

2.  Enter your login ID and your password and click "Login".

3.  Click on the "Email Accounts" tab, then click on "Setup Mail Client" next to the email account to find the necessary settings.


Configure your accounts in iOS


1. Tap Settings.

2. In Settings tap, "Mail". Then click on "Accounts".

3. Tap Add Account.

4. Tap Microsoft Exchange.

5. Enter the account details as follows, and tap Next:

Email: [the email address you are setting up]
Password: [your password for this address]
Description: [the email address you are setting up]

6. Enter the server details as follows and tap Next:

Server: [the ActiveSync Server obtained by using the first 3 steps on this page]
Domain: [your domain]
Username: [your mailbox name]

(e.g. if your email address is email@company.com, your domain is 'company.com' and your mailbox name is 'email')

7. Select the items you would like to sync, Mail is required.  Contacts, Calendars, and Reminders are optional.  Tap Save.
