How to Setup Your SAGE Email Account on Android Phones
To find the settings for your email account(s):
1. Open your web browser and go to http://www.sagemember.com
2. Enter your login ID and your password and click "Login".
3. Click on the "Email Accounts" tab, then click on "Setup Mail Client" next to the email account to find the necessary settings.
Setup your account on your device.
1. Open the phone Settings
2. Select Accounts and backup
3. Select Manage accounts
4. Select Add account
5. Select Email
6. Select Others
7. Enter the email address and password, then select manual setup
8. Select Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync
9. The domain\username should autofill and can be left as default, if it does not autofill you'll input the domain (whatever's after the @ sign in the email address), then input a backslash \ (make sure it's the correct \), then input the username (whatever's infront of the @ sign in the email address) example below:
Email: bob@promoplace.com
Domain\username: promoplace.com\bob
10. Enter exchange server (can be found via www.sagemember.com -> email accounts -> setup mail client next to the email account)
11. Leave port number as default (443), if there is no port number enter 443
12. Leave security type as default SSL/TLS (secure), if there is no security type select SSL/TLS (secure)
13. Leave use client certificate unchecked
14. Press next
15. Select the options you prefer for email sync period, email sync schedule, email retrieval size, calendar sync period, sync contacts, sync calendars, sync tasks
16. Press done
