How does SAGEMember.com's Stats & Analytics work?

We offer tracking information for your website. Below are the sections you will find on this page and what each one means.

Date Range
Start by choosing the timeframe you would like to look at from the drop down list at the top, left of the page.

Boxes Along the Top of the Page
Total Home Page Hits: This shows the number of non-unique hits to the home page of your website.

Total Traffic*: This is the number of non-unique hits to any page on your website. For example, someone might find your contact page in a Google search result and open your that page directly, bypassing your home page.

Product Searches: This is the total number of searches performed on your website via the Quick Search or Advanced Search page.

Carts Submitted: This shows the number of carts submitted via the e-commerce portion of your website.

Graphs*
Total Traffic: This is a visual representation of the Total Traffic box above. This graph will show the number of hits by date.

PromoSearch Searches: This graph shows the total number of product searches via Quick Search, Advanced Search, and pre-built category pages. This graph will show the number of searches by date.




Top Landing Pages:
Landing Page – This column shows the name of the page in the report.

Channel – This columns tells the source of the traffic that hit this page.

Sessions – This column shows the number of non-unique hits on this page.

PromoSearch Top Search Criteria:
Search Term – This column shows which word/phrase was used in the top searches.

Count – This column shows the number of times the search term was used.




Traffic Source:
Direct – These hits to your website came from someone directly typing in your domain name, clicking a link sent to them in an email, or choosing it from a list of website bookmarks.

Organic Search – These website hits resulted from search engines. (Does not include clicks from paid search ads or pay per click advertising.)

Social Media – The hits in this section are from visitors accessing your site via links on social media sites, like Facebook.

Referral – These hits come from visitors clicking a link from another website. (Includes paid search ads or pay per click advertising.)
