In the event of issues updating SAGE Chat, you may be instructed to send your update logs to support.
There are three locations of log files you need to send to support.
1. The log from SAGE Chat when the new version is downloaded:
C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Local\SAGE\SAGE Chat\Update.log
2. The log from the update service when the update process is started:
C:\ProgramData\SAGE\SAGE Update Service\UpdateService.log
3. The log from the actual update package as it is being applied:
C:\ProgramData\SAGE\SAGE Update Service\Updates\SAGEChat_[date]_[time]\Update.log (send the most recent date and time available unless otherwise instructed)
Note you may need to show hidden files by clicking on View | Options | View | Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
