How to re-install SAGE Workplace Windows app.
Uninstall SAGE Workplace Windows app
1. Go to Start|Settings|Control Panel|Add/Remove Programs (Windows XP: Start|Control Panel|Add/Remove Programs).
2. Scroll down until you see SAGE Workplace Windows app and double-click on it (Windows 2000/XP: Click once on SAGE Workplace Windows app then click on the Change/Remove button).
3. Follow the on screen prompts to remove the program from your system. If you are asked whether you want to remove any "Shared Files", select "No to All".
Backup or move any files you have stored in the following locations:
C:\Program Files\SAGE\SAGE Workplace Windows app\My Logos
C:\Program Files\SAGE\SAGE Workplace Windows app\My Presentations
C:\Program Files\SAGE\SAGE Workplace Windows app\My Virtual Samples
Also move the following file to a safe location if you have any personal IDs saved:
C:\Program Files\SAGE\SAGE Workplace Windows app\personal.dat
Delete the folder C:\Program Files\SAGE\SAGE Workplace Windows app\
Install the current version of SAGE Workplace Windows app
1. Go to our website: www.sageworld.com
2. Select Downloads | Customer Downloads.
3. Use your User ID and Password to log in to the Customer Download Center. If you do not know your User ID and password, you will need to call us at 214.631.6000.
4. Click the first item in the list and save it on your desktop: SAGEOnlineSetup.exe.
5. After the download is finished, double click on the SAGEOnlineSetup.exe program.
6. Follow the prompts to install SAGE Workplace Windows app.
7. Connect to the Internet if you are not still connected. Then double click on the SAGE Workplace Windows app icon on your desktop to bring up the Main Menu. Click on Product Search to connect to the SAGE system and start a product search.
8. Enter your User ID and Password then click OK.
