When downloading email from SAGE email services, the download information stalls and you eventually see an error 800ccc0f.
This error may be caused due to a compatability issue between either Norton Antivirus or McAfee VirusScan and Microsoft Outlook. If you have Microsoft Outlook and one of these antivirus products on your computer, see one of the following articles to disable the "email scanning" feature of the virus scanning software.
