Cannot send email from SAGE Workplace Windows app using Eudora

Issue:

When sending an email from SAGE Workplace Windows app, I see a "Choose Profile" message or Outlook or Exchange opens instead of Eudora and I want to use Eudora to send emails.

Solution:

Follow these steps:

1.  Open Internet Explorer.  Click Tools | Internet Options | Programs and make sure that Eudora is selected for e-mail.  If it is not, select Eudora, hit OK, and then it should work.

2.  Open Eudora.

3.  Click Tools | Options.

4.  Choose the MAPI icon.

5.  Make sure that the "Use Eudora MAPI Server" option is set to "Always".

6.  Click OK and then try sending an email from SAGE Workplace Windows app.
