Cannot send emails from SAGE Workplace Windows app using older versions of AOL

Issue:

When using a version of AOL that is older than version 7, you will not be able to send email messages from within SAGE Workplace Windows app.

Solution:

Upgrade to AOL version 7 or later.  Then you should be able to send emails properly.  To upgrade your AOL, enter the Keyword "Upgrade" then follow the instructions on the screen.

More Information:

Versions of the AOL software that are older than version 7 did not include the appropriate functionality to allow third party programs to send emails.  This technology is called MAPI.  MAPI was added in version 7, so upgrading to a new version of the AOL software will solve the problem.
